Had great overall experiences with Mixam in terms of print quality. Colours are pretty accurate. Turnaround time can vary but the dispatch estimation is accurate, so no stress there. Only issue is iny most recent order I printed some postcards; color one side and grey scale on the other. On the grey scale size there was a combination of lines and text and for some reason, each element and letter had a faint grey highlight behind it, it's barely there but definitely noticeable. Not sure what caused it, but thought it would be worth noting for anyone looking to do the same thing.

This is the second time I've used Mixam's printing service for my photography zine. I had great experience with greyscale printing, this time I tried a full CMYK print. The results were very very nice.

What I can say is, as a user of this service, if you do your part correctly setting up and proofing your work, Mixam will do a good job making sure you receive the best product possible.

It was my first time using a printing service to print my photo zine. The most daunting part was finalizing the final print order. Thankfully, the support from Mixam was very helpful. Answering my queries, providing guidance and even offering print suggestions that may improve the final product. After quite a bit of back and forth via email and over the phone, it was completed without a hitch. The turnaround time was also very quick, considering this was processed 2 weeks out from Christmas.
Will definitely print with Mixam again!
