I had a frustrating experience with this company due to misleading guarantees and failure to meet their own shipping timeframes. I was given a written guarantee via email, but when they didn’t follow through, they refused to honor it.

Their website claims a 7 to 10-day shipping timeframe, yet my order was significantly delayed with no proactive updates. Customer service was unhelpful, offering excuses rather than solutions. This meant that my order did not arrive until well after Christmas (Jan 2nd) when I ordered on the 26th November, requiring me to buy an alternative present meaning I am out of pocket.

As for the knives themselves, they are of okay quality—nothing extraordinary and certainly not worth the hassle of dealing with this company. If you're looking for reliable shipping and a business that honors its promises, I'd recommend going elsewhere.
