Printing is not that easy and you might need a couple of goes to get it right...
This is my third time ordering with Mixam, and unfortunately, it has not been a good experience. I was advised to change the size of my book from A4 to A5, but when I followed that suggestion, the printing and letter size turned out far too small. As a result, my books were printed incorrectly again.
I wish I had been warned about this issue before the order was processed, but instead the books were printed without any discussion. The final look of my order was only revealed when I received it in the mail, which is disappointing. Now I have to place yet another order to fix the problems, and it feels like there is no guarantee of what the book will look like until it arrives.
This has meant three wasted orders, and I am about to place a fourth with adjustments, still unsure of how it will turn out. I truly wish Mixam would take the time to communicate potential issues with customers before sending items to print. That kind of support would save time, money, and stress, and ensure customers feel confident in the final product.
