I had an incredible experience with Mixam. For background, I wanted to print paperback copies of a picture book that I made using analogue tools (paper, pens and markers). Even before placing the order, I had an amazing experience. Felicity, the Customer Support Print Specialist, went above and beyond to assist me in formatting and preparing the pages so that they would be ready-to-print - it was like having a free graphic designer to assist me with the final stages of the project. Felicity's expertise was incredible, and she was always extremely prompt and patient in helping me with any queries. I was so grateful for her help, and wouldn't have ended up with such a beautiful and professional outcome without her input.

I couldn't be happier with the final product. As this was a significant project, I selected the more expensive options for printing (e.g. matt lamination, silk paper and cover, and the thickest paper and cover options available) but it was absolutely worth the additional investment. The colours are rich and true-to-life, the paper and cover are beautiful to hold, and in general the product quality is more than on par with picture books sold in book shops. I'm so grateful and will definitely be back with future projects!
