I was stressing out about a letter I got from the IRS, and Gagan helped me navigate the issue with ease and professionalism. I immediately knew I was in good hands.

I felt like the price was a bit inflated but still paid for the promise to get my tax return reviewed, refiled and get tax planning and accounting consult throughout the year.  The communication after they had my money was very poor, not timely, they ended up filing my return late and I got fined by the IRS.  They never gave me any tax planning or accounting consultations despite many attempts to try and schedule.

The worst part was actually trying to schedule discussions with them.  It took weeks of back and forth messages in their portal to even get a phone call scheduled.  My assigned accountant was late a couple times, but more insultingly didn't even show up for our scheduled meeting for tax planning.  When I texted, I got no response.  I emailed "we had a meeting" which got no response.  Not until I asked for my money back due to services not fulfilled did they even acknowledge me.

They've been giving me the run around on refunding any money, and so I am assuming they will not unless I take legal action, or they feel a review like this will cost them money, so in the meantime, I hope to spare you if you're reading this from an unsatisfying experience where you will feel like they stole your money.
