I had excellent experience with service office, because a issue on my acepro they immediately give me answers and a troubleshooting to perform in order to identify the problems. In 4 days the sent a spare parts, i’m waiting them to solve the issue. I can recommend anycubic, they are truly professional and ready to support after-sales service.

I received my Anycubic Kobra 3 V2 and…

I received my Anycubic Kobra 3 V2 and filament. I've watched the u-tube videos a couple times 1st. What a great packing job this company does. Piece by piece I get it all put together. Watch out for those little blue filament tube clips. My big hands found it hard to get ahold of them. Putting one on it popped off and I couldn't find it. Luckily I was able to use the one off the single line filament tube to use in the mean time. I contacted customer service to see about getting more and the response was prompt and parts are on there way. Fired up the machine and made the camera case came out great. Next tried a christmas tree and it had coding issues. So I tried a little teddy bear holding and ornament came out great and made 4 more of them. Its cool where I am and this machine works absolutely great. Very impressive!!!!

Extremely poor customer service

Experience has been nothing but negative so far. My order was shipped in two parcels. First parcel with the printer arrived promptly but was left in front of the house on the street for anyone to take. Luckily, my neighbour took it in so it doesn't get stolen. The second parcel arrived and it was an empty, already opened box. After countless emails, customer services are trying to put the responsibility of investigating on me which is against consumer law. They are unwilling to resolve the issue by either replacing the missing part of the order or issuing a refund. I'm considering returning the printer because this just shows anycubic is not helpful to their customers and if this is the start, how will they assist with any other issues or queries going forward.
