No delivery, no refund
I wish I had checked the reviews earlier. I ordered from a UK site, assuming my items would be shipped from the UK. They were not, they came all the way from Portugal, which explains the long delivery times.
BIZAY used TNT, however, they never delivered. They also didn't update me, so I had to call TNT to find out that my item had been returned to Portugal.
When I contacted BIZAY, they were very friendly but in essence unhelpful. The best they could offer me was a voucher. Which of course was useless to me. For onem I didn't need a mug or a keyring and I also didn't want to wait another 4 weeks for an unwanted item to not be delivered.

No delivery of Items ordered
I ordered customised beer coasters from Bizay on 7 November and still have not received my order. Bizay put the wrong address on the parcel, which caused the shipment to sit at the TNT Bristol facility for weeks. TNT will not speak to me because I am not the account holder, and Bizay kept telling me to “wait for delivery” even after repeated delays.
The tracking number now shows a completely different shipment travelling between Italy and Greece, so it appears my original package is lost. After multiple attempts to get support, Bizay has still not provided a solution, replacement, or refund. Extremely poor customer service and no accountability. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience

I’m updating my review because nothing has been resolved.
Bizay only replied publicly to make it look like they were addressing the issue, but they never actually provided support or a solution. After their comment, I still received no real assistance, no follow-up, and no fix for their mistake.
It’s extremely disappointing to see a company respond only for appearance, while offering no real customer service behind the scenes. There is no reliable support if something goes wrong.
I’m still waiting for the correct loyalty cards or a full refund.

Do not order from this company. I ordered a quantity of hanging tags for use inn a charity Christmas campaign. The order was placed with an original delivery date of Nov 27th It is now Dec 9th and I have still not received the items. I have contacted Bizay to say that the goods are no longer required as the event has been and gone. You can not get to speak to a person. This company is un reliable and I would class them as fraudsters.

Scammers
These guys are scammers. I ordered business cards on 350gsm card and they arrived at a drastically lower weight of paper. They would not give me a refund despite photographic evidence showing them that they had used inferior low quality paper. They then demanded that I buy scales to weigh their order despite photos clearly demonstrating the paper thickness against real 350gsm card. They truly don't care about customers. It's a scam - you do not get what you ordered, their postage costs are well outside the realm of being uk-based and I doubt they are even based in the UK at all. I'll have to take them to small claims court and Trading Standards.

Do not use this company. I ordered from them as I needed items by a certain date and paid a lot extra for the faster delivery option. Even though they have my postal address on my account, they invented their own made up address which meant that there was no possibility of the order arriving on time. Customer service is non existent. I am seeking legal action. In response to their disingenuous reply below, there is zero custom service available or any help whatsoever, furthermore even upon the courier receiving the correct address from me, the shipment has still not arrived. Is it possible to receive worse service than this? I don't think so

my business card text came out super grainy and blurry and totally illegible. the digital preview they show you when you place your order looks nothing like the product you'll receive in the mail. they refused to give me a refund or let me redesign it. super deceiving and poor quality - don't waste your time or money!!

From bad to worse
I wrote a review before saying we didn't get the product, but it got worse. We received a fake FedEx statement saying it was tied up in customs and they needed more money. Stay away from this business!

Designed using AI. Changes the basic info
Ordered some flyers using their "designers". After numerous attempts where they don't listen to requests they produce a flyer but add an extra number to my phone number so it's useless. Most likely using AI to create. I have tried numerous times to get help but no one actually responds. Just generic emails. Complete waste of time and expensive service. Seems like a total scam. I have never reviewed a company before but felt obliged as this company shouldn't be allowed to operate.
UPDATE:
So after writing everyday for 2 weeks they admitted they were wrong and promised to fix it. However now they won't reply even though I actually begged them. Have taken it to the bank and reported and will take further as they are actually scamming people. Please do not use. Most people use Bizay to generate work not be stolen from. Interesting how they have not replied to me on here.
There's so many more great companies which are actually the same price!

My experience with Bizay has been extremely poor, and I want to warn other consumers before they make the same mistake. I attempted to cancel my order immediately after placing it, at a point where their own system showed it was still in “Image Review” and not in production. Despite this, Bizay repeatedly refused to cancel the order or issue a refund.
This behaviour raises serious concerns about their respect for UK consumer law, specifically the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. These regulations allow consumers to cancel most online purchases within 14 days, and although personalised items can be exempt, that exemption only applies once production or customisation has actually begun. In my case, nothing had been produced, and Bizay refused to acknowledge this.
Their refusal to cancel an untouched order — while citing an internal policy that directly conflicts with UK consumer protection principles — is extremely concerning. When I searched their Trustpilot page, I found numerous other customers reporting the same pattern: unjustified refusals, misleading claims about production status, and difficulty obtaining refunds.
In my opinion, this is unacceptable business practice and shows a clear disregard for consumers’ rights. I am now having to pursue a dispute through my bank to recover my money. I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company.

Not responsive when an order doesn't arrive
I ordered some posters. I received a photo of their delivery which was not outside my house. Wrong colour front door !! It wasn't any of my neighbours. Trying to contact them has been a nightmare. They're very unresponsive. Whilst I realise the delivery is more than likely due to the delivery company, I am struggling to find out how to get a response or rectify this. Emails are ignored the chat has been useless but today isn't even working. If someone responded honestly and appropriately I'd have been happy to give them a chance to sort this out. I received tracking yesterday for last Friday's delivery which didn't go to my address although later, they said it hadnt even been printed. I have no idea what to do. No one seems to want to help. Awful service. I didn't want to have to write such a negative review as maybe my prints are amazing, but I don't know!!

Delay in delivery
I placed an order on October 14 2025, with a delivery date of November 6 2025. The estimated delivery time is quite long. As of today, November 11, my order has not arrived, and I need it for my book launch on Saturday, November 15. If I had known the delivery would take so long, I wouldn't have chosen your company. I also sent an email in an attempt to expedite the process.

Awful experience. I ordered beer mats, the carrier has confirmed the delivery has been lost but Bizay have not processed the refund, over £50 of product. Hard to speak to anyone, chatbot useless. Do not purchase from Bizay. The reviews say it all!
