I think I already made e review, however it did seem to take ages and I sent an e-mail and they did reply so that is fine, the magnet chess arrived only a day after.  so all in all it worked out fine.

Great store, fast delivery, overall amazing experience. 
I bought jungle gym 6-in-1. Amazing product, the build quality is very high, sturdy and well made, and the instructions are clear and easy to follow. Highly recommended! 

I found Project Montessori online and saw that they were UK based so ordered two Christmas presents for my nieces. I ordered on the 26th November and almost a month later still have not received the items. I have checked tracking and was shocked to find the items were coming all the way from China! I am away for Christmas and am gutted that these items will not arrive in time/at all! 

If I had known the items were from china, I would not have purchased. 

I will not be using this company again - and if you’re reading this review I would strongly suggest you don’t either.

I am contacting you regarding my recent order #PO1544TK. The tracking status shows that the parcel was delivered, but when I checked, it was not at my address. I have not received the package.

Could you please look into this issue and advise me on the next steps? I would appreciate your help in locating the parcel or issuing a replacement/refund.

easy tracking, fast delivery, good products


Fast shipping of beautiful puzzles.  They are my families favorite puzzles.  They are clear and have beautiful details.

Order placed on 3 December, no items recieved 13 days later and no delvery tracking details provided. Yet, their marketing email issued today states that orders placed by 18 Decemebr will be fulfilled before Christmas which, based on my experience, is purposefully misleading. 

Wayfair is a joke. I will never order from them. They refuse to help me with FedEx lying about attempting to deliver an item. My order was out for shipment Saturday, December 13, 2025 and somehow was never delivered or attempted to be delivered. Today, December, 15, 2025, FedEx stated "Customer not available or business closed - scheduled for next business day." Package doesn't require a signature and I live in a house. Wayfair refuses to refund my purchase and doesn't give a damn about me. They say to keep calling back. I will never buy from this company or anyone who uses FedEx. I checked the security camera and FedEx wasn't even at my house today. Horrible company and even worse for working with FedEx.
