LOVE the lamp! Beautiful and well made. Shipping is a little slow, but customer service was very responsive. Will definitely look at Ping Lighting products next time I need a lamp. 

I ordered some items from SilkSilky and then, as best practice, asked them to delete my account. They keep fobbing me off with long-winded explanations of open orders (I keep telling them there are none but they insist there is an open order; conveniently, this does not mean that they are trying to fulfill the order--they are just happy to leave it open) and then they claim to have deactivated my account, but I can still log in and see my address and other details. It's been over a month (from 14 Nov) and several, several emails of back and forth over getting this account closed with no success. I will be taking this up with the Data Protection Authorities, but avoid if you value your data and privacy!

My artist did a fabulous job at capturing every little detail in the photos I submitted! I can’t thank Paint Your Life enough for allowing me to gift such a heartwarming painting and to be able to share a truly wonderful moment with my parents.

The sleeping masks are really of a great quality and improved my skin significantly.  I also constantly received updates of my delivery  - great customer service as well.

My sales rep, Nathan, was very helpful in explaining what I needed to know to make the right decision for my purchase. He encouraged me to call back if I had any questions. 
The curtain rod was beautiful but the hook rings were a bit narrow. They were too narrow for the hooks that came with the curtain. I struggled to find fitting hooks to buy. 
In the end, I was happy with my purchase.

Terrible . Lilly Silk did not manage to deliver my parcel and is not willing to make a refund . Is advising me to call the transporter to solve the issue directly with them .
They are completely denying their own responsibility on the delivers , it is being a nightmare of messages and ineffective reply’s 




I never received the two chargers missing from my order.  Perhaps someone sent them?  I was emailing with a person in the office…

I will return the entire order.
