I wish I had checked the reviews earlier. I ordered from a UK site, assuming my items would be shipped from the UK. They were not, they came all the way from Portugal, which explains the long delivery times. 

BIZAY used TNT, however, they never delivered. They also didn't update me, so I had to call TNT to find out that my item had been returned to Portugal. 

When I contacted BIZAY, they were very friendly but in essence unhelpful. The best they could offer me was a voucher. Which of course was useless to me. For onem I didn't need a mug or a keyring and I also didn't want to wait another 4 weeks for an unwanted item to not be delivered. 

Love the canvas prints. Very fast delivery. Ordered on Tuesday and they arrived on Friday.

I recently had the opportunity to work with a outstanding member of the design/edit team (Melanie L).  She offered/suggested very good marketing advise for my projects and brought my designs to life. Unlike some, she took time and adhere to what I was looking for and nailed it!

I like the fact that I can deal with a certain representative named Erica Waters.  She is fast to respond whether it's a phone call or chat!!  That means a lot to me after a sales career of 30 years in outside sales.  She is also very pleasant and easy to talk to!! 

I’ve been a customer for a few years and it’s been great, until this year. I paid for labeling and shipping and they sent me 40 or so blank cards with no explanation as to why they weren’t sent out to the contacts I provided. They “corrected” the mistake and sent all 100 out, but what they don’t do was address the cards with the person’s name or the business name, they just put the address. I checked the spreadsheet format three times to confirm I filled it out correctly, and there was a column for Name and one for Business. I don’t know why they used the address only and didn’t use a name? I’m very dissatisfied with my order this year. 

They quality of the stickers are always good. Customer service is good too. 

We are extremely satisfied with the product and will be ordering more. 

Excellent quality images. Entire process is very professional.
