I ordered some items from SilkSilky and then, as best practice, asked them to delete my account. They keep fobbing me off with long-winded explanations of open orders (I keep telling them there are none but they insist there is an open order; conveniently, this does not mean that they are trying to fulfill the order--they are just happy to leave it open) and then they claim to have deactivated my account, but I can still log in and see my address and other details. It's been over a month (from 14 Nov) and several, several emails of back and forth over getting this account closed with no success. I will be taking this up with the Data Protection Authorities, but avoid if you value your data and privacy!

Terrible . Lilly Silk did not manage to deliver my parcel and is not willing to make a refund . Is advising me to call the transporter to solve the issue directly with them .
They are completely denying their own responsibility on the delivers , it is being a nightmare of messages and ineffective reply’s

Excellent quality! I ordered a black saffiano leather wallet and it is absolutely worth the price. I highly recommend the brand.

However, I was surprised by some of the comments I read. I personally had no issues at all, but if the customer service is as poor as some reviews suggest, it’s something the brand should definitely address.

I would happily purchase from them again.

I normally do not submit negative reviews, but this whole process is unacceptable. I ordered a large mat on 12/3 and paid the $14.99 for the expedited shipping, because it was a gift. Well that gift is now a week past when I needed it. Received confirmation for my order and after several days, I still had no confirmation it shipped. We’re now on 12/16 and the mat has yet to arrive. I also sent multiple emails to no avail. Finally reached out to the BBB and was told they would refund the $14.99 for the shipping, the rug is arriving soon. Ok, it’s now been a week, so who’s delivery it that it’s taking so long. It has been 2 weeks of pure frustration and horrible service. To me, this deserves a full refund for the frustration, inconvenience and the extra money spent for another gift, since this one has yet to arrive!!!  
Although I love the mats, the whole process needs an overhaul. Should not have this many complaints regarding customer service/shipping

I had a great experience with 50 floors. The ability to view a variety of samples in my own home's lighting and with my existing decor made a huge difference in selecting which style I like best. Mindy brought a great mix of options based on my initial preferences. She was great, very thorough and detail oriented. I appreciate how understanding she was. I am excited to move forward with this process in the near future.

Prompt shipping, beautiful bag,HOWEVER, the backpack strap broke during first use.  There is NO PHONE NUMBER FOR THIS COMPANY, I emailed and filled out the contact us form, three days later I received a response to fill out a form. Filled that out and sent it back.  Communication is only by email and they ONLY RESPOND ONCE PER DAY which is extremely frustrating. This was a birthday gift for my son, who left for a business trip the next day. Well his strap broke once on the plane. I will say that Rigelle, after several days of communication— because, again they only respond once a day, was very helpful. A replacement babe was shipped next day air to his hotel and a return label for the broken one. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN #1 the poor quality and #2 the lack of a direct conversation via phone or at least more than once a day responses. Lesson learned, shop locally….  It took 11 days for resolution
