I ordered a ceramic straightener as a bday gift several months ago alongside 2 straightening brushes.  I received the brushes, but not the straightener.  I reached out and they said they'd send me another. Fast forward to several weeks later (now missing the bday altogether), I am sitting at my home with my door open when I am told that the item had been delivered. I look outside and don't see anything. I reach out once again to let them know that I never received my item and they told me to wait a few days. Now it is weeks later and I still have no item. Very disappointing

I went to your web site so I could view all your products and found it very interesting so many beautiful color and designs order all 4 kids a special item. Thank you and loved that I could see if it was in stock. Thanks

I ordered some items from SilkSilky and then, as best practice, asked them to delete my account. They keep fobbing me off with long-winded explanations of open orders (I keep telling them there are none but they insist there is an open order; conveniently, this does not mean that they are trying to fulfill the order--they are just happy to leave it open) and then they claim to have deactivated my account, but I can still log in and see my address and other details. It's been over a month (from 14 Nov) and several, several emails of back and forth over getting this account closed with no success. I will be taking this up with the Data Protection Authorities, but avoid if you value your data and privacy!

I have been using Color Wow products for some time, but over the past few months my hair has thinned, it is breaking off on the brush and it is extremely dry and frizzy.  I had to have my hair cut short and I have stopped using the products.  Disappointingly, i wrote to Color Wow about my experience and did not even get an acknowledgement let alone any customer care advice or assistance.  These products are not cheap and you put your trust in them.  My hair will take months to recover and it has caused me a lot of stress.

I have to say that spartans customer service is among the best I have had the pleasure to deal with, quick response time, very courteous and clear and concise answers from Veronica, Ramon and Joan

So it seems anyone who has ordered from GB or Ireland isn't getting their order? I ordered on Nov 28th and for the past 10 days or so it has been in Rozenburg Netherlands with no movement. Customer service say to be patient but with a few days until Christmas it's proving difficult. Now believe I will never see my order and no recourse by the looks of it. 

Delivery on time.
Only been using for 3 weeks so no noticeable improvement yet 
It's far too early to say that this product works but I remain positive
