I asked you to cancel the order before the product was even shipped as yet. You said you did a partial refund but didn't tell how much. I don't even get the product yet. Can you say how much the partial refund is? And where is the product?

3 stars are for customer service and the fact the items i purchased aren't that bad as in quality.. I have had some disastrous items/products and the minus 2 stars are for the time it takes to refund items. I pay upfront and refunds take mostly well over a week to 14 days on occasion. Hopefully my refund won't take that long this time.

The packaging it comes in is rlly amazing to me, but the product has good quality and lasts definitely worth the money.

Great exposure and the platform works well. The comisión they take is really high that is why one star is missing from this review.

The customer service is terrible,  they wont even refund me £6 for a non delivered item even though I'd ordered 33 parcels at same time!

The items arrived in poor built quality.
