It was what I ordered and it was completed quickly.

Order never printed, started chasing order when the date of delivery had passed. Refund was just issued without looking into the issue which left me high and dry for a present. Awful experience 

So in general up until now, I mostly had positive experiences with the Secretlab support. For example, they quickly sent me a replacement for a defective part on one of their chairs.

But when it comes to returns, the practices of this company are customer-hostile.

First, the support form on the Secretlab website simply DOES NOT WORK! You CAN'T send it, the "Send" button simply does nothing. I have told support about this, and two weeks later it still didn't work.

At the same time, support makes it very difficult to actually return a product. You have to write multiple e-mails, confirming you REALLY want to return an item, then they forward this to "a different team" or something like that, and each time you have to wait a day or more for them to answer. Then you have to fill out a form where you have to AGAIN specify what exactly you want to return, even though you already told them via e-mail.

So while I did have positive experiences with Secretlab support in the past, the fact that their return processes are so cumbersome and they apparently have no interest in fixing basic functions of their own website, I only rate this "1 star".

Never received an order confirmation, but my card was billed.

I am very angry at this company, they offered the vilno 3 chair on kickstarter for a great price, I was one of the "super early bird"s to pledge, than months later they charged me 30% of the product price as a shipping cost. HALF YEAR after ordering I got the product in a torn box, and now checking their website they offer the same product with free shipping for the same price as I paid in total. Totally dishonest and tricking everybody who funded them on kickstarter and waited half a year!

Great Delivery and Product Quality!

I recently ordered from Tribesigns and had a fantastic experience. The delivery was fast and arrived well within the estimated time frame. The packaging was secure, and everything arrived in perfect condition, which is always a plus.

All very confusing, disorganised and feels like a scam, unfortunately. So far I have paid immediately, provided documents multiple times and yet I do not have te address and I am asked again and again to provided proof of addresses,  every time something different.

As for the product quality, I’m really impressed! The furniture I purchased is not only stylish but also sturdy and well-made. The materials feel premium, and the assembly process was straightforward with clear instructions. 

Talking to customer service took some time via email, but they were incredibly helpful and helped to get what I want. They worked with me to buy the desk top piece that was larger than the initial desktop piece I bought a year or so prior.
