Ordered on the 6th December. The customised t-shirt I received not only arrived late but was also customised WRONG & completely different to what I designed in their online portal.
Not to mention, the quality of their t-shirt was of worse Quality than Primark.
Contacted their “24/7” chat support and have not received a response since, despite the chat constantly saying “under 5 minute” wait.
I order a lot of customised goods and used this website for the first time, safe to say I will not be using them again let alone recommending.
I understand it’s the Christmas period but there is genuinely no customer service or professionalism at this company AT ALL.

Order never printed, started chasing order when the date of delivery had passed. Refund was just issued without looking into the issue which left me high and dry for a present. Awful experience
Excellent customer service
My Christmas card order got lost in transit for 7 days and no joy from the courier service. Optimalprint immediately offered either a refund or reorder, I chose the latter and received my cards two days later. Very pleased to know that their guarantee holds- and all of this remedied through the chat feature. Will definitely use them again!
Unhappy customer
Struggled with getting in contact with a human , Numerous messages finally got hold of a human but now noone is responding to emails ,part of order still not arrived have requested a refund but still nothing as they are saying its been dispatched and to track but nothing on the tracker and delivery is by Evri a unhappy customer as these items were gifts and now doesn't look like anything will arrive and I will be out of pocket

The item I purchased arrived damaged. Probably not their fault but the difficulties with their customer service definitely is.
I went on the website and found there was no contact numbers. The only way to get in touch was to use the chat option.
I used the chat option and was advised that they would provide me with a free replacement. All I needed to do was provide them with a six digit code that they had emailed me.
The issue arose when the code didn’t arrive, I repeatedly asked chat to resend the code. I was advised to check my Trash and spam folders. I repeatedly checked all my inbox my Trash and spam folders and the code never arrived.

I continually stated that the code had not be received and I needed it to be resent and I was advised repeatedly that I needed to provide the six digit code to proceed.
On the website it advises if chat cannot help to ask to be talk to an agent. I requested this again repeatedly only to be told it will connect me to an agent - as soon as I’ve provided the six digit code.
I wasted hours of my life going around in circles with a chatbot, it would not move on from requesting the code I did not have.
I also tried social media and got no response to posts and messages, but I did see other customers complaining of lack of customer service.
You may be lucky if your item arrives okay but if there are any issues forget trying to get in touch with the company for a replacement or a refund
This company definitely needs to have an alternative to the only contact being through a chatbot or at least respond to issues raise on social media

Order was supposed to arrive on the 10th of December, then i received an email stating it would arrive the 12th due to a delay. Fine… Now it’s the 16th still hadn’t heard anything so i reached out to ‘customer service’ which is just an AI bot that goes round in circles. The complaint was made and the response was the item was stuck in production? Yet the tracking in states it’s in transit? So they don’t actually know where my item is. The customer service is non existent, i will be requesting a full refund through my bank if i don’t hear anything back.

order #35401132. I have been doing calendars for years now. It has become a traditional happening to use pics of during and best of other years to highlight family birthdays. Why not 5 stars because this year the inserts were slim pickings for illustration. Still Optimalprint did a fabulous job and I was also able to track the order.
Good quality and timely delivery
I purchased a number of photo books from Optimalprint this November and am pleased with the results. The navigation function has improved since last year and the production quality is excellent. I also bought some wall posters featuring multiple images. Although the picture reproduction is good, it was not possible to include text; last year this function was available. Delivery times were met and communication was clear.

I got sent the wrong type of calendars and made a ticket to try to get help, it's been 5 days and I haven't heard anything back. They don't have a customer service number but supposedly have 24/7 chat service but only getting the bot when trying to reach out. Hopefully will get in contact with a human soon. On the plus side they did arrive quickly, just hoping they will fix the issue also in a timely manner.

My calendar arrived bent in the post
My calendar arrived bent in the post, it was packed in a brown bag with no card to protect it. It is a gift and extremely disappointing. I reported it on chat last Thur with the chatbot and after giving all the details was advised it would be passed to a person and I would be contacted and the chat was closed. I have not heard from anyone, until I received a email today asking me to leave a review. The actual quality of the calendar apart from being bent is only okay.
Exceeded my expectations!
Easy to create what I needed and the print quality and colour was outstanding! Very happy customer :)
