I had to change my image file during the proof process, and it was quick and painless! The team sent me an updated proof, which I approved, and my stickers were sent out very shortly thereafter! I'm very grateful to the team for accommodating my changes and for turning around the product so quickly.

Ordered on the 6th December. The customised  t-shirt I received not only arrived late but was also customised WRONG & completely different to what I designed in their online portal.

Not to mention, the quality of their t-shirt was of worse Quality than Primark.

Contacted their “24/7” chat support and have not received a response since, despite the chat constantly saying “under 5 minute” wait.

I order a lot of customised goods and used this website for the first time, safe to say I will not be using them again let alone recommending.

I understand it’s the Christmas period but there is genuinely no customer service or professionalism at this company AT ALL.

Do better.

Disappointed! The poster took a while to arrive but when it did it was in a simple cardbox with no extra protection to avoid the damage during shipping. The poster is wrapped in a silk paper and rolled up, all enclosed with a sticker which is hard to remove without damaging the poster again. On their website the close-up photo of the paper I think is misleading as it gives the impression that it will be a hard and thick piece not a rolled up poster. All in all this is not what I expected when they confirmed my order with an email saying that my artwork is ‘getting crafted with excellence’. It’s a pity but I will not order from them again.

Amazing quality.

Did my first run of postcards. Got a variety of ten different designs. Came out lovely.

This was a test run on my personal account. Moo passed with flying colours.

I recently had the opportunity to work with a outstanding member of the design/edit team (Melanie L).  She offered/suggested very good marketing advise for my projects and brought my designs to life. Unlike some, she took time and adhere to what I was looking for and nailed it!

I had ordered stickers,  had called customer service to let them know they are off centered and in my new order I wanted them to be die cut. let 2 different reps know and they still came square. 

The Customer Service is the best!  They go out of their way to get you the right product. Their products are awesome.

Our sign arrived before expected and exactly as I ordered it.  We're very happy with it!
