We were self-publishing for the first time and your staff was great in helping us understand the process and get it right. And when we got it wrong, they were friendly and available to fix our mistakes.  The whole staff did an excellent job with the work, with keeping to schedule and with helping us understand the process. We couldn't be more satisfied.

Very disappointing experience. They sold me the cartridges that don’t work on my Brother printer. Then advised me to clean the nozzle which I did. Again, they don’t work. Original Brother cartridges work fine. When I requested a refund, they are refusing to do so. Stay away from this seller. Sees like a scam. 

These are my go to labels! They’re super easy to apply and last years on clothes. Delivery is decent but would love if we had better updates to when they’re sent. 

We reorder from here regularly - great quality products and always arrive quickly. 

Ordered an image to be printed on a mug. Order went through to the South Dunedin Stationery Warehouse store.
The confirmation email stated they would contact me in 5-7 business days once the order was ready. After 13 days I'd not heard anything so called them. Called 5 times over about 45 minutes and no-one ever picked up, so went down there.
The staff member was very pleasant.
The quality of the print however was absolutely terrible. Faded in the centre, not true to colour and not at all sharp in detail.
Returned for a refund.

Doing really well and company you can trust 

We are beside ourselves with the pictures of Childrens Illustrators they made our tale come alive with the warmth humour and beautiful Kiwi flair. Their skill and expertise were excellent even in the earliest sketches of the characters and the last full colour spreads. They perfectly embodied the core of our tale and an actual taonga that our tamariki will worship.
