Charged 2 small amounts then £19.99 for something I did not sign up for. Contacted them and got immediate reply then nothing. I have requested a full refund to my account and had no success. Beware!!!!

I also bought your package for teaching me piano, but I have yet to dedicate the time in order to do it. I went through the first three lessons and enjoyed how simple and concise you made the learning available. I hope to dedicate some significant time on it in 2026.

Ease of online purchase and prompt delivery 

Everything was perfect! Wrapped safely and arrived very quickly!!

I am so disappointed, i bought 20 min credit and was given 2 min for free however the I timed the chat on my watch and it was 15:25 min and then o got a notification that time is out. This is really horrible and illegal and I will write you a horrible review. Also, told me I will be getting a job which is very general. Don’t waste your money 

This was a great experience in that I found the honestly  and direct approach gave me a sense of security and confidence. 

Not even worth one star ! I agreed to trial for £5 and immediately I was deducted £29.99 subscription that I never authorised. I contacted my bank to stop these thieves taking payments. I emailed the company and I’m hoping they will rectify and refund this subscription. Then I’m happy to come back and tell everyone here that they did. I am in shock how misleading this was. 

I've enjoyed the real practical takeaways that are easy to apply to the varied situations we are all in. Delivered by those who have formed and worked them out themselves - the aim really does feel like it is to serve us where we are, rather than impose  a model (although adopting some can be helpful!). The team behind the scenes are really helpful and Luke's heart is clearly to serve and empower. Grateful to have come across this.
