I just wanted to buy online. Your phone calls are a lot and the guy that kept texting me is rude. I have a job and don't always have time to answer phone calls

I was told the washing machine was fixed, this after the two men showed up an hour and a half late and waiting all day for them. This is now four visits  to fix the washing machine and the drum STILL doesn't spin OR agitate now!
I am doubly upset that I was told that it was fixed and when I tested the washing machine five minutes after they left it STILL ISN'T WORKING. 

Very professional  and fast cleaned up after,would recommend  in the future

They charge $125 for service call
They never fixed my refrigerator after 3 visits
They kept ordering parts for 3 times
The issue was never fixed

Explaining everything on coverage so it was easy to comprehend. And very adorable.and excellent customer service.

Wow ! The WORST company I’ve dealt with.  These people are a total SCAM !
They will give you the run around of “24/48 hrs response”…. It never happens.  Will send terrible technicians and will NOT cover items as promised !.
Stay away from!!!!
