Shipping and Delivery

Our streamlined print service makes shipping and delivery simple. No matter where you or your customers are based, you can count on us to provide exceptional prints.
 

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs vary depending on the size of your order and its destination. You can view different delivery options via our Instant Price Calculator. While we offer the most cost-effective option by default, you can choose priority production at an additional cost. Please note that this speeds up how quickly your order is printed, and does not affect shipping times.

 

Dispatch Times

Please note that all dispatch dates are estimated. If your order is time-sensitive, contact us in advance to discuss your deadline. Our cut-off time for confirmed orders is 4 PM AEST every workday.

The dispatch time will depend on the quantity, the type of printing (offset or digital) and how far your order has to travel. The bigger the order and the farther it has to travel, the longer it will take to be delivered.

We base our dispatch dates on the assumption that your order will go immediately into production. If your order remains unconfirmed, you could receive a new dispatch date (e.g. if you confirm your order 3 days later, this will add at least 3 days to the estimated dispatch date).

If you don't receive your order or tracking details one day after your estimated dispatch date, you can contact us by:

During our busier periods, orders can take a bit longer to produce due to high volumes of work. But we will let you know if this is the case.

 

Split Shipping

We offer multiple options for arranging split shipping:

Address Book

You can add up to 50 addresses either in your account’s Addresses tab by clicking ‘+ New Address’, or in your order’s Details tab after entering your billing and delivery details. Choose quantities for each address, and we'll calculate the delivery fees. Additional fees apply for more than 5 addresses.

Mailing List Upload

Create a mailing list by uploading a .csv file for bulk addresses: Log in > My Account > 'Addresses' tab > ‘Mailing List’. 

Label your mailing list and upload your .csv file. Once uploaded, ensure our system selects the correct columns for First Name, Last Name, Address Line 1, Address Line 2, and Address Line 3, Suburb, State/Territory, Postcode, Country, Phone Number, Company, and Email. Our website will then highlight any errors that need to be corrected, which you can alter on our website or fix in your original .csv file and reupload. Once verified, your mailing list will be available for future orders.

Signing for parcels

Using Mailing Lists in Orders:

  • Go to your Shopping Cart > 'Want Multiple Shipping Addresses?' link under your print specifications.
  • Select your Mailing List and choose addresses. You can choose all or select them individually.
  • Adjust quantities and confirm shipping rates (it may take a few minutes for rates to load).
 

International Shipping

International shipping is currently unavailable, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Please get in touch with our team if you need further support or information.

Print Fulfilment

Mixam has relationships with several reputable fulfilment companies. Email us your requirements in advance to receive a bespoke quote.

We send smaller orders in boxes or parcels and are trackable. For large or heavy orders, pallet and freight options are automatically selected based on your order’s quantity and weight. Our team selects the most reliable and cost-effective option. Once your order leaves the production facility, tracking details will be emailed to you.

In your order, if you have entered an address, and the available options do not update, it may be because we cannot find rates for the address. Please check that all details, including the postcode, are correct and try again. If the issue persists, contact our print experts for assistance.

Loading a large shipment

Your order may be delivered by a different service than the one selected at checkout, depending on availability. You can still track your order using the parcel number(s) and tracking link in your account’s Orders tab or via the tracking email in your inbox.

Additional Information

Mixam cannot package orders using your own packaging or boxes. We pack prints securely in double-walled containers and can ship them in plain packaging. To add information to the labels or boxes, email us with your order number, or send a message through your order by logging into your account.
