🚨 WARNING: Envia Logistics Catastrophic Error & Theft of Funds - A B2B/B2C NIGHTMARE 🚨

This is not a mere complaint; this is a severe warning to any business considering using Envia Logistics, especially for Cash on Delivery (CoD) shipments. 
Our experience has been nothing short of a financial catastrophe compounded by predatory, non-existent customer service.


The Unacceptable Failure: ₹11.29 Lakhs CoD Loss
We shipped B2B orders with a total CoD value of approximately ₹11,29,000 (Twenty Lakh Rupees). 
Due to a self-admitted "technical glitch" on Envia's part, every single one of these CoD parcels was incorrectly delivered as Prepaid.

This monumental operational failure by Envia has effectively gifted our customers ₹11.29 Lakh worth of goods, and the fault lies 100% with their system and process.


The Predatory Response: Wallet Freeze & Extortion
Instead of taking immediate accountability and rectifying their multi-lakh-rupee mistake, Envia has adopted a malicious and wholly unacceptable strategy:

1. Wallet Freeze: They have FROZEN OUR ENTIRE WALLET BALANCE, holding our working capital hostage to cover their massive loss. This is an act of financial extortion, punishing the victim (us) for their negligence.

2. Forcing Recovery Agent Role: They are demanding WE chase down every customer to recover the payment for their technical failure. We are not a collection agency. This is a deliberate abdication of responsibility and an insult to the B2B partnership.

We were never at fault. We fulfilled our end of the contract. Envia failed spectacularly, and now they expect us to do their job and bear the financial burden. This shows a complete disregard for their business partners' stability and cash flow.


Final Verdict
Envia Logistics has proven to be an unreliable, financially reckless, and utterly untrustworthy logistics partner. They have caused a direct ₹20 Lakh loss to our business and then illegally frozen our working capital.

AVOID ENVIA AT ALL COSTS. If you value your cash flow, your customer relationships, and the financial health of your business, do not entrust your shipments to a company that shifts the burden of their catastrophic failures onto their paying clients and responds by seizing their funds. They are a threat to your business continuity.

Never seen a more poorly designed website, service-page and purchase flow in my whole internet life. The booking/checkout simply doesnt work - i wasnt allow to purchase my product (unknown error occured) - still they charged my card! Its impossible to get in contact since the contact/email page has "an unknown error" , nowhere i can get the contact email adress. The formular to send an inquiry doesnt work either. Unneccesary security checks on all ends and a slow working webpage are the icing on the cake. 

Is this really the biggest postal service in the US? we should all be ashamed!!!! 

TOTAL RUBBISH LIEFERUNG!!! NOT TRUSTWORTHY. 

These guys are probably worse than Temu etc services. A packet sent internationally and for almost 1 month, never got to it's destination but guess what, had a tracking number for the said packet IN the receiving country here in Europe and claiming online that it had arrived but twas all lies. Nobody could find my packet anywhere. After 2 weeks of constantly calling them and pressurising them, my packet was found in some warehouse almost a month after being sent, still here in Germany. They wrapped/re-packetted it with a black plastic and resent it to me without notification.... Not even to the said supposed receiver! My packet came without notification, I had travelled, they left it on my floor. Upon tearing the black plastic, the carton inside was bad, partially soaked from outside to inside with some sort of engine oil, even to the point that some things in the carton were stained and soaked with oil. No wonder, the packet was sent back to me. Till date, no apologies, no comment... Not even my money for the sending charges have been refunded!

These guys are crooks and quite disorganised. How disappointing!

Yet again, an utter shambles. Lost industrial parcel for a week now. Had to call DHL to get an update. 
No parcel as yet.

You are a disgrace, I will never use this redirect for anything again. I spent so much money just for one shipment. have to learn from MyUs 

Extremely disappointed. Before I put down a deposit, they were calling me every hour. The moment they got the money, I was completely ghosted. They don't answer emails, return voicemails, or provide updates. I’ve been left in the dark for two weeks now. Avoid Navi!!!

Beware.   Does not work as promised and Auto DS continued to charge me after I canceled.   

They do not give updates. They do not tell you anything. No phone number, no human to contact at all. My package will likely never arrive, let alone get an update beyond the fact that they created a shipping label. At this point there needs to be a class action lawsuit.
