This is my second purchase. Excellent customer service. I WhatsApp them and get an immediate response.  Shoes are custom made and come in a timely manner. The shoes were too big so they offered to send me another pair and donate the shoes that didn't fit. The shoes they replaced still didn't fit right so they sent a 3rd pair. Again, donated this pair too. I read the bad reviews but believe the company is trying to change their customer service. They immediately respond and truly go out of their way to accommodate your issues; mine are wide front feet.  I am a real customer.  I live in South Texas.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about OGL. I have ordered several pieces over time—including dresses, pants, two-piece sets, a coat, and tops—and every single item has exceeded my expectations.
