I was charged a very large amount for a Domestika Plus auto-renewal that I did not knowingly authorize. The renewal email was easy to miss, and the charge went through without any clear, direct confirmation on my part.
Immediately after noticing the charge, I contacted Domestika support via email and also reached out on X. Unfortunately, I did not receive any meaningful assistance. On Twitter, I was only directed to read a help article instead of being offered real support or a clear resolution.
This amount is significant for me, and the lack of human response or willingness to help has been very disappointing. I expected better communication and customer care, especially for an unexpected subscription charge of this size.
I hope Domestika improves how they handle auto-renewals and support requests, particularly for users facing serious financial impact.
