Thieving rats
Thieving rats. If you want to cancel a subscription you have to pay well over £100 just to cancel it. However, after I first subscribed to the free trial and went to cancel, they wouldn’t let me and said i had no active subscription so why am i now being charged every month and when i’ve gone to cancel i’ll be charged for a whole year after being told there was no subscription to cancel. absolutely vile behaviour from this company and they should not be allowed to do what they are doing at all
Ive been using Adobe products since…
Ive been using Adobe products since their creation (20 plus years) and Ive never hated them more than how I do today. Terrible customer service and greed subscription set up has left many in the industry seeking alternatives. All of their softwares do not run well with each other, vector now processes ten time slower than it did 15 years ago, and the user interface for all of the programs gets worse and worse with every update.
Please don’t get a trial with this…
Please don’t get a trial with this company.
They are appalling. They have taken hundreds of pounds from me and refused to let me cancel, even when they should.
They deceive by saying they’ll give two months free or a lower amount for an extended period. Check Reddit on how to cancel. It’s not easy though.
And they also charged twice as ‘apparently’ I had two subscriptions.
I hope there is a class action against them. They are a terrible thieving company.
Signed up for a free trial and…
Signed up for a free trial and cancelled immediately, email to prove. Adobe have continued to bill me past two months, which is fraud. I've contacted my fraud department at my bank who have continued to block them, however they keep taking money using different 'names' i.e 'Adobe.com or Adobe. Awful company with absolutely no shame, avoid like the plague!! If they keep doing this I will go down the legal route.
Sucks
Sucks , money grabbing , lost its concept , lost the vision, dissapointed
This company engages in deceptive and…
This company engages in deceptive and predatory business practices. I signed up for a monthly subscription, which in reality was a "yearly subscription billed monthly." The company then charges an exuberant fee (some percentage of the remaining cost for the year) to try to cancel my subscription. I very much look forward to the inevitable class action lawsuit that Adobe will be facing over these scummy practices. Do not waste your time and money with them.
The time has come to leave Adobe behind
The recent raise of prices is not in a decent proportion, neither is their customer service any helpful, nor their product quality in general. A company of that size and with that kind of financial strength should not have these kind of issues (like not being able to change the country in my Adobe account). Overall I think they are abusing their market position and simply rely on freelancers not being able to replace some of their apps just yet. Once there is a valid alternative to Photoshop, they will loose many if not most of their current customers.
Conartist theifs

Still can't belive the sneaky ways Adobe tries to con money out of people!
Constantly increasing prices but with little to no enhancements I actually want or need, then there is the annual subscription they will send you an email a few months ahead that the service is been renamed and changed then when you forget boom your locked into 12x months of paying heaps more! Or have to pay basically 6x months as a penalty for wanting a break!
Theifs charging so much just because they have a monopoly!
AWFUL
AWFUL. Scam subscription, been charging me every month of a payment of £28.99- not letting me know the price of subscription is going up. In the manage my subscription you have to pay an £80 early leaving fee 🤣 and below it will say are you sure you want to leave your subscription will end on “13th December” I go on today (the 13th December) and it’s now updated saying the same thing but changed to 13th January.- and this has been happening since spring. You can ask the bank to block which they do but they change their name to get the payment out. No choice but to give them an early payment leave fee which is absolutely ridiculous “early fee” I’ve been subscribed since 2024 unfortunately. Will never use again or recommend to anyone.
Changing country is impossible and you lose everything
Change country
Trying to change from an Australian plan/country to the Netherlands. Been online chat with Adobe agent. They cannot get their system to change. Their on line forms all default to Australian country and phone number. So I'd just be paying again with the Australian card. The agent's suggestion is just to wait an hour and try again -- sure, right, ... that won't solve the problem
Oh and they way they do this is to cancel your subscription first.
So now I have nothing and cannot get back in.
Decades of photo edits.
Too bad 1 star is the lowest
Adobe used to be a Powerhouse
Adobe used to be a Powerhouse, but is now so powerful and extremely not user-friendly, especially when it comes to choosing one of their seemingly infinitely variable plans and cancelling them. There are so many options and combinations of plans to choose from, and each one seems to have a tiered subscription; it's impossible to feel comfortable choosing the "right" one.
Once you have a product, the amount of AI integration and pop-ups slows everything down. Asking to summarize PDFs, share links, and help with editing... it is an assault on the user. The integration of it too, in completely different software platforms, is unneeded; like asking if you'd like to share a PDF as a link in Microsoft Outlook.
Adobe needs a severe cutback on its push to consumers to do things "their way," or else it'll become unusable unless certain buttons are clicked every time I open Adobe. (I know these settings can be managed; however, it should not be forcefully added into a software program, and one option before you start the program, or after installing any Adobe product, or if you want AI or not, should suffice to rid them/keep AI integration.)
Be Careful Signing up for the Free Trial
I was charged a $310 cancellation fee after paying for 3 months. Be very careful signing up for their free trial. I looked at their reviews after signing up for their service and learned they have horrible reviews on Consumer Affair's report.
i cannot see how this company will…
i cannot see how this company will survive an other year, their tech is so poor, it's literally about turning pics into a pdf yet its slow, never works and has led me to almost throwing my computer out of the window a few times. Some of the inspiring messages you get when trying to download a simple pdf: "Please wait as we work to fix this problem, then try again. If the problem persists, contact customer service."
Profiteering scumbags
Profiteering scumbags. An almost 20% monthly subscription price rise overnight. If you can find other software that will serve your needs I would highly recommend doing that. They have us all trapped in digital bondage.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service, customer manager contact they provide is simply not reachable. My subscription is due soon and I am simply not able to cancel it. DO NOT use it, it is absurd how they just ignore you.
Historians will study Adobe's greed and stupidity for centuries
A truly evil, despicable company contributing a net negative to the world by existing. It is not possible for Adobe to repair their brand perception even if they made their products completely free. There will be a competitor coming soon and people will switch and never look back. The best day to love your users was yesterday, the next best day, well, its too late now.
Live Chat incompetent jokers
having just spent 2 hours on live chat with a support agent for him to offer no solutions whatsoever the person clearly had no idea what they were doing and then left the chat what an absolute waste of time from an incompetent person
Surprised by other bad reviews
I had started a free trial from my phone using gmail as my email address. I cancelled from my computer using my own domain so the other account remained active and I was charged. My fault but went on Live Chat
First rate customer service. The AI bot was quick to accept that I needed an agent, unlike some. The agent was friendly, respectful, knowlegable and helpful. All sorted, cancelled and refunded, great.
Adobe will take your money and run
I was on a $34/month plan and got offered a free one year subscription from school ($74/month value). After my subscription ended they started charging me $74 a month and refused to refund me my money. I did not notice it at first so it’s really infuriating they would be so shady and would not offered a refund. This is why adobe is going down hill. They’re screwing people over
I am a college student
I am a college student, and downloading Adobe Cloud was required for this course. Their " student deal" is such a lie. They just want your money. I used this for about four months and had a $120 cancellation fee. Waste of my time and money. Do better, Adobe and stop stealing college students' money.
