GoDaddy website creation is a scam

GoDaddy uses duplicitious marketing to get you to sign up, but the renewal fees are extortionate and somehow you end up with fees for services you didn't ask for, which get increasingly expensive. I would not recommend any small business use this very dodgy service. They may not be illegal - but they are certainly immoral in their business preactices.

Subject: Unauthorized Commercial Use & Consumer Confusion - DeliverAllInc.com
​I am the verified owner of the domain deliverallinc.com. I hold the receipt confirming this asset is paid in full.
​Despite my ownership, GoDaddy has unilaterally placed advertisements for its own "Auctions" service and GoDaddy branding on the top-most section of my active webpage. This unauthorized placement creates immediate consumer confusion, leading visitors to believe that my company, Deliver All, Inc., is a subsidiary or partner of GoDaddy.
​The Issue:
​Unauthorized Commercial Use: GoDaddy is monetizing my paid digital real estate to advertise their own services without my consent.
​Consumer Confusion: The layout implies a "Partnership" that does not exist.
​Failure to Respond: I sent a formal Cease & Desist / Notice of Dispute to GoDaddy's Office of the President and Legal Department with a strict deadline to remedy this situation. GoDaddy failed to respond by the deadline.
​Desired Resolution:
I am requesting an immediate removal of all GoDaddy advertising/branding from my domain and a formal response regarding settlement for the unauthorized commercial usage of my intellectual property to date.

Very Poor Support and Lack of Response

Web Site has been broken since it was launched. Internal tools do not work in sync. Broken image links, very poor support. Issue has not been resolved in over a week and only once did they reach out to me even after I have sent numerous emails explaining my issues. Their main problem is their web builder seems to be going to a different URL than their commerce/products tool. It breaks the website every time.

The Company gave a BAD representation…

The Company gave a BAD representation on the (puppy or dog). I really was a disappointment, it was so small. It was not worth the money. It only want in a circle, and the bark was hirable. It was loud and it didn't even sound like a puppy or dog.

Double charged, canceled, continued to be charged for over a year. No refunds....

I have been getting billed by godaddy for over a year without my knowledge. I tried to cancel ages ago, but because of the way the cancellation process is set up I must have clicked the wrong button.

Just spoke with customer service. Apparently they cant give out refunds.

I dealt with a similar issue when I first signed up for the service. I was getting double charged for the same website. I have no idea how that happened in the first place. I only got a partial refund for that too.

This is a complete scam. Avoid their service at all costs. I switched to another service and I couldnt be happier.

Update:
After 3 hours on hold with customer service, Dhanveer (The 3rd agent I spoke with) asked me to dig up the order numbers for every month I was charged so he could refund me.

I had to go through every godaddy email from the last year. PSYCH! no refund again.

It honestly feels like customer service is messing with me. If I could give a negative rating I would.

Update #2 :
6 HOURS IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CHAT. I was promised a refund and transferred over and over again. Customer service is messing with me
