This is by far my favorite Sixt branch. The staff here are impeccably professional and consistently go above and beyond to take care of me. A big shout-out to Leslie, Demarcus, Leo, and Craig for always recognizing my loyalty and treating me like family every time I visit.
I also had the pleasure of meeting the GM, Chris, who has been extremely helpful and accommodating. The level of service at this location is unmatched, and it’s the reason I keep coming back. Highly recommend Sixt at DFW Airport for anyone looking for exceptional customer service and a great rental experience.

Best team in all of Miami! Always greets me by name and they are just genuine. Perry did a phenomenal job of getting me on the road fast. Best vehicle fleet and during non-peak times, very decent prices. This is my go-to for all my rental needs!
Kindness at the counter
It’s my honor to write this review for these two wonderful gentlemen I encountered on the evening of 12/12 at the Atlanta Airport. I believe what made this experience great was that Christopher helped me to find a car at the last minute and made it as stress-free as possible. He was truly phenomenal. We were tired and he processed our paperwork in under five minutes, explaininged everything clearly and getting us on our way quickly. His efficiency was a perfect end to a long busy day.
The vehicle he helped me to choose worked well because we entered snow on our way north and having an SUV made our driving experience much more safe. The car was reliable, and I was satisfied with the driving and handling of the vehicle.
Simeon was a welcomed help in the garage as I needed his guidance and he was more than happy to assist me! Such a patient and kind young man!
They both showed that it costs us nothing to be kind and are stellar employees going above and beyond to deliver the perfect customer experience!👍🏽👏😊

Wow! I’ve dealt with many rental counters and companies around the world but i am truly impressed by the pleasant, smooth and satisfying experience with SIXT at DCA. I interacted with four different employees,and they were all extremely helpful, considerate and simply pleasant while efficient in their interaction. I cannot be more thankful for their handling of my rental and how consistently nice every employee was with me. They were helpful with clarifying details I needed about the rental agreement add-on’s along with suggesting alternative approaches to actually save me money based on my travel plans. It was simply an easy, smooth and efficient experience. When you deal with four different people from counter to pickup to exit personnel and they are consistently pleasant and genuinely helpful, that’s not a one off it’s clearly a great team!

The late hours of the check in location was a Huge blessing. Our plane was very late it had been an awful day of travel. But, Carol at the check in desk was the best part of it. She was so knowledgeable and friendly. It’s been snowing and Carrol suggested we may want to upgrade from our compact car. Great advice! After just one drive, I’m glad I did.

My Rental Car Experience with SIXT
Be Careful as you might be hit with surpised "Damage Claim" if you didn't purchse their coverage package. I still rate them 2 stars because of their service and car selection are fine, just those sneaky/scam type of action actually make the whole "nice customer service" approach to the toilet. I have been with Sixt for many years with clean records, and rented at LAX on Thanksgivign day 11/27 and returned on 11/29. Upon return, Agent purposely look for little things over the body of the vehicle, and FIRST, he found a LOOK LIKE 'Scatch' on the side, then I just wipped off using my own hand because it was a DIRT STAIN, and he agreed with me. THEN, he went and pointed there was a 'scatch' on the rim, and it was less than 1 CM. I told him this has nothing to do with me and doesn't look like it was caused during rental because other wise adjacent area will have damage as well. Actually, The vehicle’s body and surrounding areas exhibited no corresponding marks or signs indicative of a fresh impact.He told me he just need to documented and nothing I need to worry about. Then we have to hop on shuttle to Airport. I also found strange as normal return takes about a minutes and off the car, they check fuel and surronding, then it was done. This was little unusal, first with point a Dirt Stain as a Scratch. A Day Later, they filed Damage Claim on this and put on the report the mark is like 5-10CM. I am now wondering if this is what they do just picking on nice people and hit them with those 'Claim' and expect to make some revenue... I have wrote to them to drop this unfounded claim. Nothing was done, no follow up, heard nothing back from their Customer Service. Claim Dept Sent me $400 bill .... Downgrade to 1 star... What a Shame and Dishonest Business.

CV the staff member made my experience! He was kind, polite, and super helpful! He made sure i knew what was on the contract and what i needed to do. As well as went above and beyond to make sure that I knew how to return the car. I will highly suggest SIXT for car rentals, because even the return staff was wonderful. Thank you!
