I recently had the opportunity to work with a outstanding member of the design/edit team (Melanie L). She offered/suggested very good marketing advise for my projects and brought my designs to life. Unlike some, she took time and adhere to what I was looking for and nailed it!

Quality is HORRIBLE
The finished product is extremely disappointing. The print appears faded in multiple areas, the alignment is inconsistent, and the card stock is very thin and feels low quality. The gold foil does not resemble true gold foil and does not even fully cover the QR code. I am surprised this passed quality control. Overall, this was a significant waste of money.
Overly accomodating!
Today I sent a chat to explain a situation where our product indicated it was shipped and delivered but we could not locate it at our shop. Had everyone looking. Finally located the section in tracking that showed a picture of when the boxes were delivered. They were not delivered to our building but a building west of us that one of us recognized...went down there today to find 2 boxes. When opened, the order was partially damaged due to snow & ice from being in the elements for the last two weeks. The chat rep was super helpful and informed me they would replace the order with expedited shipping. We did not expect such service!

I misunderstood the bleed and safety area guidelines on the preview page of my first business card order. Ellen Joyce was quick to reply to my clarifications, fixed all the cards for me within minutes, and reordered them for me. Appreciated the quick fix!
How to lose a client with not giving a ..
Placed an order for over 5k worth of merchandise to be received in time for our holiday party. They shipped half the order on time, and half was pending. Checking and checking, and still pending. About a week after the original expected receipt date, I reached out and asked what was going on. Another week goes by with no updates until I suddenly get a message that my order was canceled as requested, new order placed, and now the expected arrival is after Christmas. So I reach back out and ask what's going on. Instead of trying to make something right, they simply said "waiting on you" and if you don't like it, cancel it. Can you expedite production or shipment or give me something for screwing this up? Nope, take it or leave it. I had no choice so I took it but after ordering many times over the last 4 years, this will be the last one.
5 year customer
I have been a Vistaprint customer for over five years. This past year, however, there has been a noticeable decline in the quality of customer service.
For more than a week, I have been attempting to obtain accurate pricing. The online ordering system does not allow customers to select a total quantity directly, requiring the same order to be duplicated multiple times to reach the desired amount. As a result, pricing is calculated per duplicated order rather than on the total quantity, leading to inconsistent and higher pricing for identical items.
I have contacted customer service repeatedly over the past week and have requested to speak with a manager or supervisor. Despite being assured multiple times that someone would contact me within 24 hours, I have not received any follow-up. It has now been over seven days without resolution.
Given the lack of support and accountability, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The Vista Print representative, Shaila J., went out of her way to give me a credit for free rush shipping so that I could receive my Christmas cards in a timely fashion, so that they could be sent out and received before Christmas. I have ordered from Vista Print since 2022 and they have never disappointed.
"production error" on Christmas cards per Vista Pruint
I ordered 90 Christmas cards with a photo.
10 of the cards had white streaks down one of the faces. The white Vista Print logo on the black back of the card was smeared on many of the cards.
It was too late to re-order. Vista Print stated there was a production error and credited me $15.
Will never use Vista Print again and would not recommend them for Christmas cards with photos.

Jeseemei R. is the BEST!!! He made my experience so wonderful! He helped me fix my Christmas cards & tweaked some things on my calendar. I've used many companies over the years & Vista Print was the best experience hands down! Will use them for everything moving forward!
VistaPrint Fixed the Problem I Created...
We have been VistaPrint customers for many years. They always have great quality and prices. Usually, our experience is smooth and easy, but this time we had an issue, caused by me.
We are in the process of moving, and I entered the incorrect address into the order. I immediately realized what I had done and asked for help through the VistaPrint website, and a real live, North American-based person (I can tell) was able to help me, and appeared happy to do so.
She resolved the issue and our order arrived at the correct location.
In addition to excellent prices and products, I am adding excellent customer service to the many reasons we love VistaPrint.

this seems to be a fake company that takes your money and generates a fake tracking saying the items were delivered. Then you go to their website and there is now way to contact them. Some pnone number that say no one is there even though it is during there posted hours...

I inadvertently uploaded the wrong photo to my design. Since I had placed my order less than a day, I contacted Vistaprint through Chat to see if I would be able to edit my order before it was printed.

I’ve used VistaPrint for a variety of miscellaneous things for over a decade now: business cards, invitations, bookmarks, holiday cards, etc. And there’s a reason for that. They are consistently reliable, are within decent price ranges, and the items always look great.

I have been doing business with Vista Print for many years and for some unknown reason, my order did not come out the way I expected this time. For all I know, it may have been my fault. However, I called their service number and they went out of their way to make the situation right. In this case, they are reprinting the order and expediting the edited version to me in time for Christmas.
