The products were cheaper than elsewhere when I bought from here and the customer service wasn't terrible. I've had much better customer service from outdoor shops, who were much better at problem solving issues and didn't use cheap and unreliable delivery services.
Wild Earth will make you pay for postage even when you spend more than their minimum for free delivery if you choose not to use Aramex for delivery. Aramex is the worse delivery service and incredibly slow and unreliable.
My recommendation is for Wild Earth to offer free delivery with any other delivery service other than Aramex. This would greatly improve the likelihood I'd shop here again. I'd rather pay an extra couple of dollars for an item and have it arrive on time, to the correct address, undamaged.

I ordered online on a weekend but accidentally ordered the wrong sized backpack for my son’s birthday . I emailed and they replied quickly and changed the size before sending it. Once I got it I discovered that my son’s girlfriend had ordered the same backpack as a present for my son from wild earth as well. I was able to return it easily and cheaply by purchasing their return label. The customer service was amazing.

These thongs are so comfortable but after only 7 months, they are falling apart. Not worn every day because of winter. And the new pair I have just purchased are slightly larger although exactly the same size. Not sure how this can happen. So they aren’t as comfortable.

The kit was delivered (to the UK from Australia) on time. There was a problem with the kit which was sorted promptly and a refund made.

I ordered a jacket online and mistakenly chose the wrong size ! I contacted Wildearth the next morning and all I can say is wow ! Sonia W was absolutely fantastic she sorted it all out for me and stopped the wrong order coming out and reordered for me ! Exceptional customer service and I would not hesitate to purchase from them again !

I ordered a ground sheet for my tent that I couldn't find anywhere else in the world. Literally nowhere.
I live in the UK, so was hesitant to order all the way from Australia, but the price was cheaper than buying a similar-ish ground sheet for a similar tent of the same makers and make it work somehow.
I am astounded how fast this got delivered all the way to the UK. It said up to 36 days or so, but it hasn't even been a week. Great service.

My first and last transaction with them. I ordered a Black Wolf camping pillow, (Off eBay), they sent the wrong one, (One of lesser value).
They wanted me to review them, I wasn't happy, and said so in my review. Incompetence or substitution will never be rewarded, In response, they said to contact them, so I sent photos to them, and of course, no reply. So now I'm going through the return and refund process via eBay resolution process, just wasting even more time. I think that's perfectly clear and reasonable enough to leave a poor rating for the company via Trustpilot? Wild Earth Gold Coast, was the eBay seller listed in the ad.

It's become a matter of principal now. I'm sure, to the readers, it would look like Wild Earth is trying to work with me, the way their carefully worded response is laid out. JUST SMOKE AND MIRRORS! They say they tried to contact me? Looks good in their reply, but it was just to acknowledge the return label (already issued by eBay) the previous day. They said their delay in responding was an IT issue.
The correct response would have been ''Yes, we see from the photos provided it was our fault, we have the correct item in the post for you, and since the pillow can't be returned to stock, please don't waste your time, or our cost, in returning it''. They would have received a positive response from me. BUT, I'm rural, only go into town once a month, and now I have to go to the post office within 2 weeks to return the pillow, or I don't get my refund. I WAS ONLY IN TOWN 4 DAYS AGO. A 160km trip for a rotten pillow refund. Pathetic. So, as you can see, their response might look good on paper, but it's just worded good the fool you, the reader into believing their sincerity. Doesn't do me any good. By the way, ''Snowy's'' has the pillow at a cheaper price anyway.

Absolutely shocking customer service. I placed an order and waited weeks, only to be repeatedly told it was on the way, after multiple emails back and forth they told me it was coming, I was checking the mailbox daily, expecting a (very late) birthday gift for my husband. Turns out, they’d known the entire time that the item was sold and never coming but lied to me.
Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere that values honesty and basic customer respect.
