Transaction and bank fees apply. 

PayPal/Stripe payments are processed immediately.

Bank transfers must be sent immediately upon receipt of an invoice.

Production will begin only after payment is received and the customer confirms all order details and proofs. Mixam aims to deliver within 8 days of an order being printed, but delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed. 

Barring exceptional circumstances, all orders will be dispatched within 30 days of either payment or completion of printing, whichever is later.

Items before shipping: A customer may cancel order by contacting customer service. The Customer is liable for any expenses incurred by Mixam prior to cancellation. 

Items after shipping: Products are not eligible for return/exchange, as they are bespoke and made to order per customer specifications via print-on-demand.

Claims for defective Products must be made within 30 days of receipt. If a Product is confirmed to be materially defective or damaged, Mixam will provide a repair, replacement, or partial/full refund (as appropriate). If repair or replacement is impossible, disproportionate, or fails to resolve the issue, a refund will be issued.

Claims for lost orders must be submitted within 30 days of the carrier’s estimated delivery date. Orders confirmed to be lost in transit will be reprinted or refunded (at Mixam’s discretion).
