Mixam account holders earn points on every order. You can redeem your available points for a discount in your cart at checkout. Points will only be deducted from your balance once payment is processed. You can also earn points through promotions and other qualifying activities, and we will automatically add them to your points balance.

The My rewards dashboard is an ever growing hub of rewards and promotions. You can access it by logging into your Mixam account and going to My Account > My Rewards. You can view your points balance, track your tier status, and see available offers.

A tier is a level that you reach based on your spending within the last 12 months. As you earn more points and move up to higher tiers, you unlock exclusive benefits like early access to promotions and dedicated VIP support. You can check your current tier in your My Rewards tab.

Points remain pending for 14 days once we create a shipping label for your order. After this time, points will be available for use at checkout. You can use all points for 365 days from the date you earn them.
