This morning I spent over an hour on the phone with Scott at Mixam, and I can honestly say it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve been working for weeks on a very special family photo book that I wanted professionally printed in time for Christmas. I designed the book in Canva and, being completely new to the printing and file-upload process, I ran into several challenges getting everything properly transferred to Mixam. Scott was exceptionally patient, knowledgeable, and kind. He walked me through every step, solved each little snag as it came up, and never once made me feel rushed or overwhelmed. Thanks to his dedication and expertise, my order is now fully in the pipeline and will be printed and delivered in time for Christmas — which honestly feels like a small miracle to me. I am beyond grateful to Scott for his help and to Mixam for having such outstanding people on their team. I had to make a few adjustements to my first order and Mixam once again provided a great service! Quality of the print is spectacular and the communication is incredibly fast and smooth. They reviewed my request for sending a replacement when one of my copies had a very visible strong bend on the back cover right when I opened it from the package.
