Our streamlined print service makes shipping and delivery simple. No matter where you or your customers are based, you can count on us to provide exceptional prints.
 

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs vary depending on the size of your order and its destination. You can view different delivery options via our Instant Price Calculator. While we offer the cheapest option by default, you can choose from faster options for an additional cost.

 

Delivery Times

The delivery time will depend on the quantity, the type of printing (litho or digital) and how far your order has to travel. The bigger the order and the farther it has to travel, the longer it will take to be delivered.

We base our delivery dates on the assumption that your order will go immediately into production. If your order remains unconfirmed, you could receive new estimated delivery dates (e.g. if you confirm your order 3 days later, this will add at least 3 days to the estimated delivery date). 

If you don't receive your order or tracking details one day after your estimated delivery date, contact us in one of the following ways:

During our busier periods, orders can take a bit longer to produce due to high volumes of work. But we will let you know if this is the case.

Please note that all delivery dates are estimated. If your order is time-sensitive, contact us in advance to discuss your deadline. Our cut-off time for confirmed orders is 4 PM GMT every workday.

 

Delivery Process

We use a variety of trusted couriers to deliver your prints. You can benefit from SMS notification updates, easy parcel tracking, and one-hour delivery windows. Our couriers include:

  • DPD
  • DX
  • Evri
  • DHL
  • Royal Mail
  • UPS

Our flexible delivery options allow you to choose your preferred service provider, but we may occasionally use a reliable alternative to ensure your order arrives promptly.

Split Shipping

We offer multiple options for arranging split shipping:

Address Book

You can manually add addresses to pending orders by clicking  'Add another delivery address' after filling out your billing and delivery details. Choose quantities for each address, and we'll calculate the delivery fees. Additional fees apply for more than 5 addresses.

Mailing List Upload

Create a mailing list by uploading a .csv file for bulk addresses: Log in > My Account > 'Addresses' tab > ‘Mailing List’. 

Label your mailing list and upload your .csv file. Once uploaded, ensure our system selects the correct columns for First Name, Last Name, Address Line 1, etc. Our website will then highlight any errors that need to be corrected, which you can alter on our website or fix in your original .csv file and reupload. Once verified, your mailing list will be available for future orders.

Using Mailing Lists in Orders:

  • Go to your Shopping Cart > 'Want Multiple Shipping Addresses?' link under your print specifications.
  • Select your Mailing List and choose addresses. You can choose all or select them individually.
  • Adjust quantities and confirm shipping rates (it may take a few minutes for rates to load).
 

International Shipping

Mixam offers international shipping by partnering with global shipping partners. To arrange international shipping, fill out the address in your order's Details tab, and we’ll update your delivery fee automatically. Please note that all duties, taxes, and fees associated with international shipping are the recipient's responsibility.
